The Science and Art of Homoeopathy

Homoeopathy is purely scientific, based on the natural Law of Similars. In 1796, German physician Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, founded the system of Homoeopathy, based on the principle that health is maintained by an internal vital force which governs the healthy / “normal” functions of the body and disease is the derangement of this vital energy. The derangement is manifested in the form of disturbed functions or abnormalities in the form of mental and physical symptoms first and pathology in tissues and organs thereafter.

Homeopathic medicines are prepared by the process of potentization. Potentization is a process that involves successive dilutions and succussions (vigorous shaking); it was first introduced by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann himself, who observed that solutions of substances that have undergone this process have a biological effect in humans – with therapeutic evidence

To date, numerous homeopathic remedies have been used, and they are very well documented; they are derived from a wide variety of substances that are potentized to obtain their healing properties.

Homoeopathy is also an art, art of examining the personality of the unique individual, and the art of choosing the right remedy for the unique symptoms of disease.

Bach Flower Remedies are prepared from 38 flowers identified by Dr. Edward Bach in 1930s. They are gentle yet effective in addressing emotional imbalances, helping individuals manage anxiety, grief, fear, and other psychological challenges—thereby supporting mental and emotional resilience.

Biochemic medicines, based on Schüssler’s tissue salts, developed by Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schüssler, aid in optimizing the body’s mineral balance and enhance the absorption and assimilation of essential vitamins and minerals, thereby strengthening cellular function and boosting natural immunity.

Besides many other diseases, Homoeopathy can also be useful in conditions like old injuries, lingering symptoms after antibiotic treatment, repeated viral infections, skin allergies, respiratory allergies, symptoms after vaccinations, symptoms after surgeries, hormonal imbalances, long-term mental stress, sudden shock or grief, feeling stuck in certain life situations, etc.
